荧光素系列染料介绍:
荧光素衍生物具有高吸收率、优异的荧光量子产率和良好的水溶性,是流式细胞仪和免疫荧光中生物检测最常用的荧光标记之一。最常用的荧光素包括用于标记蛋白质(特别是抗体)的异硫氰酸荧光素 [5(6)-FITC)],5-FITC 和用于标记肽和寡核苷酸的羧基荧光素(5-FAM5(6)-FAM)。 BIOFOUNT 提供广泛的基于荧光素的染料、底物和偶联物,以及一系列具有针对细胞标记和检测优化的特性的优质 iFluor™ 荧光标记染料。

荧光素活性染料:
反应性荧光荧光素和荧光素衍生物广泛用于共价标记生物分子,如抗体、碳水化合物、核酸、蛋白质、肽和寡核苷酸。 荧光素偶联物产生强烈明亮且光稳定的绿色荧光,通常用作检测酶活性的底物,或在与蓝色、黄色或红色荧光探针结合时在多色荧光研究中提供对比。 荧光素和荧光素衍生物很容易在各种染料标记化学物质中获得,包括:

荧光素标记的酶底物:
